Jennifer Rivas is the Communications & Program Support Assistant of Paterson Alliance. A proud Patersonian, she is passionate about bringing people and organizations together to strengthen the community she calls home. Before stepping into her current role, she was part of the Paterson Alliance as a member, so she understands firsthand the power of connection and shared resources.

Her work focuses on making information more accessible, helping local organizations collaborate, and creating spaces where ideas and support can flow more easily. Jennifer cares deeply about the Alliance’s mission and is driven by a simple goal: to help build a more connected, informed, and vibrant Paterson for everyone.
