Anais Smith, Cheti McQueen, and Shalieah Castro are leading the Paterson Alliance’s efforts through the Lead Remediation and Abatement Program (LRAP), helping families move toward safer, healthier homes across our community. Through outreach, education, and hands-on support, they are connecting residents to critical resources and guiding them through the process of addressing lead hazards.

Their work is about more than programs, it’s about people. Every conversation, every home visit, and every connection made brings us one step closer to a healthier Paterson for our children and families.
